4 x 1 Power Clean + 1 Squat Clean + 1 Jerk (split) 95, 100, 105, 110# still pulling early with my arms and not getting the power I need out of my legs. A bit frustrated but will continue to work on this.
3 - 3 - 3 Front Squats @ 78% 1 RM (105#) getting better at keeping my chest up and not collapsing forward.
