Saturdays have normally been a rest day but went into the gym to work on some skills. Warmed up with a couple of other members with a little WOD of:
21-15-9
Hang Cleans (75#)
Pull ups
Time: 7:47
Then worked on HSPU, dips, abs and push ups.
