I was feeling a bit tired and sore from this past weeks workouts. Since I had to open the gym this morning decided to do a light recovery workout.
5000m Assault Bike (10:00)
500m Row
Tabata :20/:10 x 8
Ab Crunches
Planks (front and side)
Ab mat Sit ups

And then lots of stretching and mobility.
