A. Build to a heavy Squat Snatch (80#, attempted 85 3 times but couldn't stick it), then execute 3 perfect reps at 65#.
B. 3 x 2 Snatch Pulls 135#
C. 10-1 Power Cleans (100#), Burpees over the bar

Sharon, tell me a little more about the 10-9-8 workout. THat seemed to take longer than I would have hoped although the clean weight was pretty heavy. How did it go, overall?

Patrick - the clean weight was pretty heavy and basically did singles. I wanted to do a challenging weight but no misses. The Burpee over the bar went fast or at least I thought so and we're done unbroken.
