I was a bit sore from yesterday so probably went a bit light.
A. 4 x 1 Power Snatch + 1 Hang Snatch (60,  65, 70, 75#)
B. 3 x 4 Snatch grip Deadlift (105#)
C. 10 x 2 Front Squats (75#) every :60 (I quite enjoy these)
D. 6-8:00 HSPU ( not at a deficit)
E. EMOM 8:00
Even - 10 Russian KBS 28kg
Odd - Hang Power Clean (95#)
