B. 3 x 3 1 arm DB Bench Press (35#)
C. EMOM 12:00
Even - max Burpees :30 (10/9/9/9/9/9)
Odd- max Hang Power Cleans (85#) 10/10/9/9/9/9
Lesson learned - never, ever say it looks like an easy day. This EMOM was a bear!
