B. 3 x 4 Split Jerk :03 (65, 75, 80, 85#)
C. 10:00 AMRAP @ 95%
4 Hang Power Cleans (85#), 25 Double Unders, 10 Burpees, 5 Stone over Shoulder
Rounds: 3 + 4 Cleans + 2 Double Unders (still struggling with double Unders despite my awesome new rope)
