Front Squat to Split Jerk. Build to a tough 65, 75, 85, 95, 100# sorta liked these once I got the hang of it.
3 x 8 Trap 3:60 between each arm 15#

Deadlift (155#)
HSPU
Time: 12:00 - a bit disappointed in my time. Deadlifts were heavy but manageable. HSPU were slow.
