Great workout! Wish I could do that but it doesn't look as though I'll have access to a barbell till I get back to Ann Arbor, because I just cancelled my globo gym membership. The gym in my camp doesn't have barbells (but it does have two smith machines, believe it or not...).

But I think I might attempt this workout substituting DBs for the BB thrusters. Maybe I'll try 40# or 45# DBs. Already sounds like a killer!

It was a killer! I had seen it on another site and wanted to try it. I figured I would do it on my own and just take my time. But it didn't take as long as I thought it would considering they are two of my worst exercises.
