For some reason this workout suck! I don't think my dinner of milk and cookies helped with my performance this morning.
No, it probably didn't help, not one bit. And chocolate cake might motivate you, but not for long. Haha! Hey, I'm going Paleo. Lifestyle change. You in? Just completed my first sugar-free, simple carb-free day. Awesomeness! We can talk more tomorrow.
