C. 3 x 100m Row, 5 Burpees over the erg, 50 single Unders
Time: 5:06
Rest 5:00 then
3 x 8 Ball Slams, 8 alt. DB Snatches (30#)
Time: 2:37
Hi Sharon! Just a little bit of an early arm bend on the snatches. EVERYTHING else looks really good. Be patient on the pull, wait until the hips are ful extended to begin o let the elbows bend as eh bar continues up and the weight will suddent feel much lighter.
