WOD 125 pushups 600m run 150 v-ups and weighted sit-ups (alternated) 600m run 125 squats 600m run
yoohoo! workouts look awesome. will email you soon, just returned from a selection test yesterday (i made it, which means I'm definitely going to Brunei for my jungle course. We did a ruck march yesterday, it was great and I have a blistered foot to remember it by! Haha.
