WOD 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 American KB Swings Overhead Weighted Walking Lunges V-Ups
I modified slightly - I started with the 1.3 mile loop, which I did in 15 min. (that's good for me)did 30-20-30 for old time's sake for a warm up and then used the pvc for the OH lunges. skipped the run at both ends and completed in 18 minutes.
