15 Squats
10 Push ups
5 Toes to Bar
II. OHS 5 x 5 (60#)
III. AMRAP 10 min.
Using one bar at 75#
4 Deadlifts
3 Hang Power Cleans
2 Front Squats
1 Shoulder to OH
Rounds = 8
