Day 14 of 50 day push up challenge. Boy was I tired this morning. All that carb loading definitely hasn't helped with my performance. Either that or my body needs to re acclimate to the 6:00 a.m. workouts. Needless, to say I have to get back on the wagon, stay away from carbs and refined sugar.
