I hate thrusters! I seem to really struggle with thrusters. I really need to work on these and perhaps then I will overcome my hatred. It seems to work with other exercises (Yay! Burpees). 100 thrusters challenge anyone?

I didn't have enough this morning so I went for an evening workout at Joust.
