Weighted Step ups
I wimped out on the Back Squats and only did 75#. After back squating 95# in yesterday's wod I was a bit sore and wanted to insure good form. Still working on this but it has gotten a whole lot better. My knees are not buckling and my heels are only coming up slightly.
