WOD 5 Rounds 10 DB Snatches (L) 10 DB Snatches (r) 10 Ring Dips (red band assistance) 10 Box Jumps 20 DB Walking Lunges between each round
Started with 20# DB after 3 rounds switched to 25#. Should have done entire wod with 25#.
