I came across this article about colds in the NYT and thought it was perfect for this time of year. I always wondered about exercising when you have a cold because for the most part colds make you feel like crap and you don't feel like doing anything. I will now be more motivated to workout as it appears there is no negative effects and possibly some positive. Working out almost always makes me feel better.
