I. 30:10 x 4 Squats Sit ups Push ups
II. 30 Pull ups 200m run 20 Pull ups 400m run 10 Pull ups 800m run Time: 14:20 I wasn't looking forward to this wod but all in all it wasn't too bad.
III. 5 x 10 Back Squats Started at 65# and went to 105#.
