While I won't say kettlebells are my friends yet, I am beginning to like them more. Learning proper technique and form helps, especially when you start getting tired. Thanks Jenn and Feng.

Massage with Sandy. Probably more painful then the wod but the aftereffects are well worth it. Hopefully, the pain in my hip will subside and I will be able to resume my running in prep for Dance with Dirt in September.
