Sit ups/Pvc Rollouts/Ring Dips

II. Snatch Skills

III. EMOTM 20 minutes
Odd = 20 Sit ups
Even = 5 Squat Snatches (45#)

IV. 800m Run

45.5 more miles to run this month.  Need to step it up and do a couple of longer runs.
