"Murphy" Run 1 mile 100 Pull ups 200 Push ups 300 Squats Run 1 mile
Broke this up into 20 rounds - 5 - 10 - 15 per Feng and had a PR of 44:20, 3:40 faster than my PR a couple of weeks ago.
